At the pinnacle of his career, Chiang could be regarded as a prominent leader in the community, mostly known for his participation in the State's Officer Corps, spearheading M21, attaining paramount-like status in the early Bavarian Military, and the Viceroy of the final incarnation of Bacsey.
Despite all of these achievements, Chiang was mostly regarded by his superiors and peers as wasted potential. Although being praised for his intelligence and combat skills, his paranoia, laziness, and backstabbing tendencies ruined what could've potentially been a greater person.
